There’s something quietly powerful about watching a story that began on a Greek island unfold under the spotlight in Las Vegas.
On May 6th, in a room filled with some of the most influential names in global hospitality design, ArtSpark Consultants was announced the winner of the Custom Art + Installations category at the 2025 Hospitality Design Awards—a moment that marked not just the recognition of a single project, but a shared vision of what art can mean inside a space made to host, welcome, and inspire.
From Kea to the world
The award-winning installation, Spheres & Epiphanta by Maria Vlandi, lives at the heart of One&Only Kea Island, the newest luxury destination in the Cyclades, opened in 2024. Curated by ArtSpark Consultants, the artwork takes its cues from ancient Karthaia and Kea’s original name, Hydroussa, weaving ceramic forms, elemental textures, and the soft reflection of water into a setting designed for stillness and discovery.
Positioned within the resort’s atrium, designed by Heah & Co and surrounded by the natural palette of Kea, the artwork greets guests as they move toward the main restaurant, echoing the feeling of passing through ancient thresholds into something open, sacred, and immersive.
A moment of reflection, a moment of pride
Our founder, Aliki Tsirliagkou, attended the ceremony in Las Vegas to receive the award, one she shares with our entire extended team: the artist, the architects from Heah & Co, the visionaries at Dolphin Capital Partners and Kerzner International, and everyone who believed that art could speak inside a space like this.
