We are thrilled to share that Spheres & Epiphanta, a bespoke sculptural installation by artist Maria Vlandi, curated by ArtSpark Consultants for the One&Only Kea Island resort, has been named a finalist in the Custom + Art Installations category at the internationally acclaimed 21st annual Hospitality Design Awards.
Out of nearly 400 global submissions, this project stands among the best in the world, highlighting how art plays a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences and elevating hospitality spaces.
A Project Close to Our Hearts
Commissioned for the atrium of the main building at One&Only Kea Island, Spheres & Epiphanta embodies the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage, creating a dynamic focal point that greets guests upon arrival. This work is part of a larger art collection curated by ArtSpark Consultants, which spans the hotel’s main building and public areas, weaving narrative, texture, and emotion into the design.

The Power of Art in Hospitality
At ArtSpark Consultants, we believe that art is more than a visual asset; it is an integral part of storytelling within luxury hospitality. Projects like this demonstrate how bespoke art installations can engage, inspire, and create a lasting sense of place for visitors.
Being recognized on this international platform is a testament to the collaborative efforts between our team, Maria Vlandi, and our partners at One&Only Resorts and Dolphin Capital Partners, whose vision and trust made this achievement possible.

Looking Ahead
As we continue to shape spaces with curated art collections, this recognition motivates us to push boundaries further and explore new ways to connect guests with meaningful, site-specific art.
We are honored to be a part of this year’s Hospitality Design Awards shortlist and celebrate alongside some of the most innovative projects in hospitality design worldwide.
