Tech & Creativity: A Panathēnea Side Event by Metavallon & ArtSpark Consultants

Hosted by ArtSpark Consultants & Metavallon | Part of Panathēnea Festival 2025

At a time when creativity and technology are increasingly intertwined, ArtSpark Consultants, in collaboration with Metavallon, is proud to present a unique side event as part of this year’s Panathēnea Festival.

“Tech & Creativity: Converging or Diverging?” will take place at Nitra Gallery on Thursday, May 8th, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and invites us to reflect on one of today’s most relevant questions:
How are Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies reshaping the ecosystems of artists and technology entrepreneurs working across the creative industries?

This timely conversation will bring together a dynamic and diverse panel of speakers who operate at the cutting edge of art, research, and tech innovation:

Speakers:

  • Orfeas Boteas, Founder of Krotos
Orfeas develops AI-powered audio tools that make cinematic-quality sound and music creation accessible to everyone. His technology has been used in iconic productions such as Game of Thrones, The Avengers, and Stranger Things.

  • Marie Didier, Founder of Matis
Marie leads a Swiss startup pioneering advanced imaging and AI solutions to support the assessment and authentication of artworks.

  • George Drivas, Visual Artist
George explores Artificial Intelligence in his internationally exhibited video works and installations. He represented Greece at the 57th Venice Biennale.

  • Irini Kalaitzidi, Dancer and Researcher
Irini is an artist and researcher in Arts and Computing at Goldsmiths. Her practice investigates how AI can be used to engage with the human body in sensitive, critical, and embodied ways.
